A few months ago, Heuristyc’s team took over our former ISV partner to dive into a highly modified Acumatica upgrade implementation that needed to be upgraded from 2021 R1 to 2023 R2. The upgrade had a strict requirement of “no downtime” for our biggest client, who operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with three shifts.

We knew from the start that this would be a challenging project requiring hard work for months. Heuristyc not only took on the challenge but did an amazing and outstanding job.
