Key features
- Audit History Targeting: Select the AuditHistory table specifically, filtering precisely by key columns, including User, Login, Full Name, Date and Time, Operation, Combined Key, and Modified Fields.
- Customizable Filters: Choose Older Than, From/To Dates, and set a Limit Records threshold to ensure smooth deletion, even for large datasets (50,000 records by default per purge; the max number is 500,000 records per purge).
- Automation Scheduling: Schedule purges regularly and keep your system at peak performance.
- Tenant-Specific Purging: Delete only the records that are in the current tenant without deleting all the records in the AuditHistory table.
- Performance Optimization: Clear only what’s necessary and keep your system performing at its best without the burden of excess data.
