We’ve said it many times, but it bears repeating: the members of our thriving Community—the people whose learning, sharing, networking, connecting, and innovating come vibrantly together to co-create the future of business technology—are responsible for Acumatica’s success. And core to this Community is the industry’s best ecosystem, made up of our partners.

Since our inception, Acumatica has relied on the technical and industry expertise of our global network of Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partners. We also depend on our creative Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to deliver best-in-class industry-specific applications and specialized software that extend Acumatica’s capabilities—empowering customers to further fine-tune the technology to meet their unique needs. Our Services partners provide expert configuration, development, and technical consultations, so customers can get the most out of their cloud ERP investment. And our Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) develop uniquely localized technology on the foundation of the Acumatica platform.

Each year at Summit, we announce the top performing partners that represent the best of our extraordinary ecosystem. For 2025, 17 of them were chosen to attend Acumatica’s Presidents Club Event. Last week, we had the pleasure of spending time with these partners in Austin, Texas, for some days of fun, socializing, recreation, and discussing our shared future.

Over the past 15 years, we have relied on the expertise and talent of a partner ecosystem that makes Acumatica greater than the sum of its parts. Every year since 2017, the Acumatica Partner Program has been recognized as a 5-star CRN Partner Program Guide winner. We believe this continued recognition stems from our commitment to supporting, fostering, and cultivating this ecosystem—providing a true partnership with a no-compete promise, excellent training, ongoing support, and the most generous margins and terms in the industry.

Today, we’ll highlight just a few of the benefits that come with being an Acumatica partner.

Profit Margins

Acumatica is the only cloud ERP vendor that doesn’t compete with its partners. We will never undercut our partners’ pricing. Since we don’t have a sales force, we don’t compete with our Value Added Resellers like other business software vendors. In addition to our non-compete promise, Acumatica offers some of the most generous partner margins in the cloud ERP industry. Our partners also receive generous recurring revenue on annual cloud ERP subscriptions when customers they work with renew their Acumatica contracts.

Our partners can further count on:

  • Zero startup or annual fees: While other ERP vendors charge from $7,500 to $14,000 to get started as a partner—and extra thousands every year as long as you remain a partner—Acumatica doesn’t charge initiation or annual fees.
  • Free licenses: Acumatica partners receive a free license to use the system internally, as well as free test and demo licenses for training staff, presenting the system to prospects, and developing new capabilities in the platform.
  • Steady leads: 100% of the leads Acumatica generates are distributed to our partners.

In addition, beyond just distributing leads, Acumatica heavily invests in customer success. Our net retention figures far surpass the vast majority of other midmarket ERP providers, and our Net Promoter Score of +44 (which objectively measures customer loyalty and satisfaction) dramatically exceeds our competitors’ scores. For instance, NetSuite’s NPS is only +3, and Intuit’s is +12. The benefit of these high customer success and retention levels is delivered straight to our partners. Acumatica is committed to customer success, so customers commit to Acumatica; and partners, paired with committed customers, receive stable work on which they can predictably plan for their hiring and investments in their yearly cycles.

Training and Education

Acumatica is also dedicated to helping our partner ecosystem create the skills needed to build their practices, implement the system, and create thriving businesses. To accomplish this, we have developed unified, personalized, and engaging educational opportunities. This includes training that is:

  • Relevant to specific roles, contexts, and times of need.
  • Scaled to high volume environments, with AI-supported roleplay and cohort-based learning.
  • Fun and visually appealing, with an interactive, modular structure.

We announced the beginning of this initiative—revamping Acumatica’s educational offerings—at Summit 2025, showcasing an entirely new interface for the “Getting Started” course, which is available to partners through Acumatica Partner University and to customers through Acumatica Open University. More training along these lines is in the works, and, as always, we have clear certification requirements to guide partners down the learning paths they want to complete. We award badges based on what our partners have learned, unlike other ERP vendors who only award badges for how many sales their partners have made.

Continuous Support

At Acumatica, we strive to make sure our individual partners never feel like just another face in the crowd. After all, their success is our success, and we work to provide them with contacts and resources that will help them continue to grow their Acumatica practices far into the future. We are here to support our partners, every step of the way.

This support takes various forms, including:

  • Partner Account Managers: Every Acumatica partner receives a dedicated Partner Account Manager (PAM), an experienced professional who gives committed, personal attention to that partner’s individual business. Our PAMs exist to serve partners and their customers in any way possible. Rather than getting stuck on the phone with a scripted or automated call center, partners work one-on-one with PAMs, who provide product collateral, help them run demos, and give them the strategic guidance to achieve anything else they may need to build a successful Acumatica practice.
  • Access to Executives: Acumatica’s top leaders are always available and eager to hear from our partners. They are interested in partners’ feedback on how we can grow our business to help them grow theirs.
  • Monthly Partner Newsletters and Marketing Enablement Calls: These monthly meetings and communications are designed to keep all Acumatica partners informed about the news, tools, assets, and campaigns we are creating to help them achieve their goals in the Acumatica ecosystem.
