Acumatica is an award-winning, cloud-based ERP solution that’s been setting the ERP space on fire since 2008. We’ve experienced unmatched growth, going from 240 to more than 800 employees in the past six years alone, flying past the 10,000 customer mark (with more customers from around the world joining us every day), and adding numerous partners, including VARs, Service Partners, and Alliance Partners, to our worldwide Community.

Acumatica CEO John Case, in his 2025 year in review, writes that we also grew our dynamic Marketplace with 50 new strategic Independent Software Vendor (ISV). This brings our total partner count to over 500!

It’s truly an exciting time, but even as we celebrate phenomenal growth, we recognize that we need to strategically and thoughtfully expand our global footprint to best support the needs of our customers and our partner ecosystem. That’s why we launched new—and expanded existing—international Acumatica offices, each one with talented engineers, developers, services and support professionals ready and eager to accelerate and support global customer growth.

Breaking Boundaries: Expanding Global Support in India, Montreal, and Sri Lanka

When Vista Equity Partners acquired Acumatica in May of 2025, the move not only validated our success and sustained growth but also supercharged our growth mindset, helping us to focus on expanding  our reach and support even further. John Stalder, Vista’s Managing Director, said in the press release announcing the partnership, “We’re excited to partner with Acumatica and its outstanding community of partners to drive continued growth and product innovation and to deliver even greater value to customers worldwide.”

Our new operation in India, which offers customer and partner support as well as engineering expertise, is a prime example of Acumatica’s increased ability to deliver immense value to our customers and partners around the world while evolving our industry-best ERP solution. With regional partners already providing stellar implementation customization, and support services to local SMBs, our local presence will add deep layers of direct support and incredible engineering know-how.

In Canada, Acumatica is expanding our North American presence, providing Canadian SMBs with a true cloud ERP solution that addresses their unique requirements.

This year, we moved to an expanded office space in Montreal, Canada. As with our new operation in India, Montreal is a hybrid office providing both comprehensive support and advanced engineering services, which reflects our passion for continually investing in people, innovation, and community.

As we mark the beginning of operations in India, we’re also celebrating the expansion of our office in Sri Lanka. The Sri Lanka team grew to more than 100 talented employees in the last five years, which meant we outgrew our shared space. We moved into a beautiful office with plenty of room to accommodate a growing presence in the region, bolstering our global support so we can collaborate, innovate, and grow together.

Deepening our roots locally while continuing to expand our global blueprint is a big milestone, and it allows us to create more opportunities, foster collaboration, and build a thriving future together.

Acumatica: Driving Success for Global Customers

The Acumatica Community recently gathered together in Seattle, Washington for Acumatica Summit 2026. Attendees traveled from near and far to see firsthand how Acumatica’s evolving product and ecosystem helps customers achieve real results even as they face the ongoing challenges of a complex global economy.

Summit reinforced the fact that Acumatica is a global company serving global customers. Our new offices in India as well as our expansion in Sri Lanka and Montreal illustrate our passion for growing responsibly and providing a sustainable, customer-centered ERP product. Our ongoing growth and evolution of the company has reinforced our ongoing dedication to customer success and has helped solidify Acumatica as a leader in the ERP space.
