Acumatica Summit 2026 (January 25-28 at the Seattle Convention Center—Summit Building) is less than 100 days away! As we continue to count down to our annual cloud ERP gathering, we’re excited to give attendees an insider’s look into what our three-day annual event has in store for them, including more than 70 breakout sessions designed to inform, engage, and educate new and expert users alike.
We previously reviewed our construction-centric sessions, so today, we’re turning our attention to the manufacturing sessions found in our packed Summit Agenda. A preview of the distribution sessions is coming soon.
Manufacturing Sessions at Acumatica Summit 2026
This September, we released our latest update, Acumatica 2025 R2. Manufacturers are already enjoying numerous industry-specific improvements and new features they need to drive efficiency and growth, including lot attributes and anomaly detection, as well as innovative enhancements made to scheduling visibility, traceability, cost management, and overall usability.
As I recently noted in my article introducing our most recent update, our manufacturing management software provides manufacturers with the specific tools they need to fulfill their vital role in an industry that drives economic growth, innovation, and global competitiveness. During Summit breakout sessions, manufacturers will discover how these enhanced tools—with their powerful new features based on the latest technologies—can and will ease their operational complexities.
Let’s take a look at a few of these immersive, informative and interactive breakout sessions designed specifically for manufacturers.
1. Immersive
Immersive breakout sessions will see attendees examining common yet complex business process scenarios—along with their pain points—and discovering possible solutions while also learning how to work more effectively and efficiently in Acumatica.
Inventory Tracking: Unlock the Power of Acumatica Lot/Serial Traceability allows attendees to explore the game-changing benefits of Acumatica’s Serial and Lot Number Traceability, built to easily track the origin and movement of inventory across the entire supply chain. Presenters will dive into the configuration and dynamic use of Lot/Serial Tracing in a manufacturing environment. Attendees will learn how to preassign numbers, set up FIFO methodology, understand the implications for costing, effortlessly record trace information in transactions, and apply powerful reporting tools.
2. Informative
Our Informative courses are designed to increase attendees’ knowledge of Acumatica and ERP technology by sharing product details and feature specifics while also assessing the latest trends.
For example, our session on Advanced Technologies in Manufacturing: Robotics, Telemetry, & AI-Powered Insights examines how the future of manufacturing is being driven by advanced technologies that are reshaping the shop floor. This session explores how robotics, telemetry, and industrial IoT integrate with Acumatica to deliver real-time visibility, intelligent automation, and predictive insights. Attendees will learn how machine data can drive smarter decisions, reduce downtime, and improve quality. They will also discover how Anomaly Detection, edge computing, and AI-powered tools are helping manufacturers stay agile and competitive.
This session is ideal for leaders looking to modernize operations and embrace the next wave of digital transformation.
3. Interactive
In our Interactive sessions, attendees can engage with panel or workshop leaders as well as their peers to exchange ideas, opinions, and information. In Acumatica Manufacturing Edition: Ask the Experts, a panel of Subject Matter Experts—product managers, developers, and sales specialists—will answer as many questions about Acumatica Manufacturing Edition as possible. Participants should submit their “mind-burning” questions prior to the session and attend to hear the answers discussed in front of a live audience.
Real-World Manufacturing Success with Acumatica
For manufacturers, attending Acumatica Summit 2026 affords them a front-row seat into all things Acumatica. Our inspiring Keynotes, impressive networking opportunities, and educational breakout sessions will show them how our manufacturing software—with its best-in-class functionality, modern and intuitive cloud platform, and automated manufacturing processes—can help businesses achieve peak performance.
Acumatica customer Envent Engineering, which designs, manufactures, sells, and services gas analyzers for energy producers, is one of those businesses. Before Acumatica, the organization was doing well but not growing due to its reliance on basic technology, legacy accounting solutions, and spreadsheets. Chief Executive Officer Andy Hodgson likened it to “banging-rocks-together-to-make-sparks level of technology.”
Hodgson says that when they decided it was time they invested in business-disrupting technology, they did their homework, and after comparing many ERP options, they happily selected Acumatica.
“It actually looked good to everybody from the beginning,” he says. “Once we had the opportunity to test drive it and to see our data in play, I think the accountants were the first to be happy and then it kind of went department by department after that.”
The organization-wide happiness stemmed from the benefits Event Engineering experienced, including its ability to access real-time information, easily create financial reports, improve inventory management and cash flow, and gain insights into actual costs per item and profit margins. The fact that they quadrupled their manufacturing capacity (by building more concurrently) didn’t hurt either.
“If I were giving an assessment of Acumatica, I’d be hard pressed to say where it didn’t do something for us,” Hodgson says. “I’ve not only found it to be everything I thought it would be, but I found out working with the partner was almost intrinsic to the success of our implementation.”
At Acumatica Summit 2026, manufacturers will hear more real-world success stories just like this, and best of all, discover how they can replicate this success for themselves. Register today!
