Welcoming over 3,000 attendees, Acumatica Summit 2026 put the spotlight on how a wave of technological innovations the company has delivered in the past year is helping growing businesses achieve the results and impact today. CEO John Case opened Summit with a Day One Keynote address that set the tone for the three days to come.
“There are endless possibilities for how you can drive performance in every type of company and in every role. This is an amazing time to be working in technology. The pace of change is accelerating, creating new possibilities, new ways to innovate, and new ways to get results. There’s always another idea coming. But what I want you to hear today is that you don’t have to wait for that. Today I want to tell you that the future is here, now, ready for you.”
From Potential to Impact: Setting Customers and Partners Up for Real-World Success
Bringing Summit to Seattle, a globally recognized technology hub, proved to be the perfect setting to share our latest AI-powered features, to enhance our innovative, award-winning business management solution that consistently evolves to meet the latest needs of our users.
During the Opening Day and Day 2 Keynotes, which are now available on demand, John and other Acumatica leaders shared how the company is rapidly evolving our product and our ecosystem to help customers achieve results now.
Product Releases and New Partnerships
In 2025, Acumatica showcased the endless possibilities of ERP technology by delivering almost a thousand outstanding tools and features through Acumatica 2025 R1 and 2025 R2. From advanced lot and serial traceability, enhanced scheduling visibility, and a Project 360 Dashboard, to automated inventory sourcing and data-driven product recommendations, the Summit Keynotes only scratched the surface of the massive wave of technology the company has developed.
The year also brought new partnerships, such as with AvidXchange, and acquisitions, like CoreChain. Growing our pool of partners and extending our resources is proof that Acumatica’s commitment to providing a full-service business management solution that supports today’s small and midsized businesses’ industry-specific needs is alive and well.
Customer Results and Business Outcomes
To reinforce how Acumatica is helping customers today, John highlighted a few impressive Acumatica figures on what some customers are experiencing with their ERP system.
- Experienced 10x growth over 7 years
- Scaled operations between 100% and 300% in one year
- Decreased lead times by 75%
- Improved on-time delivery by 50%
- Lowered carrying costs from 15% to 25%
2025 also brought with it the addition of thousands of new customers into the Acumatica Community while our online Acumatica Community Portal grew to over 35,000 members, all of whom actively participate in our discussion forums and give product idea feedback. Our customer growth was echoed by the expansion of our partner ecosystem, with our Acumatica Marketplace adding over 50 new strategic integrations, making it now home to over 500 partners.
Product Innovations and AI
According to Acumatica’s new CPO, Jon Pollock, the strong legacy of customer-driven innovation, technical vision, and product excellence will provide the team a great foundation on which to build.
AI-Embedded Solutions and Workflows
During the two Keynote sessions, we focused our attention on our responsible AI-first products designed to enhance human expertise and solve real business challenges. We dove deep into our new AI Studio, which is a dedicated platform that will help our users build complex AI workflows in a low-code/no-code customization framework, and into Acumatica’s AI Assistant, which we first teased during last year’s Summit.
AI Assistant is like a digital co-worker, helping businesses unify their expanded operations and helping individuals do their jobs efficiently and effectively. For example, our AI Cross-Sell Assistant can offer cross-selling suggestions by scanning sales history for buying patterns, finding items bought together, and ranking recommendations by relevance.
Because our users requested more reports, we improved reporting and anomaly detection through Acumatica’s AI-powered reporting and insight capabilities, which will help businesses clearly see what’s happening inside their operations and know how to respond. We also introduced our new customer-and-vendor collaborative portals that end their reliance on emails and enable users to set up AI-powered, self-service portals that provide account management, notifications, surveys, and support interactions all in one place.
Industry-Specific Innovations
On top of all that, we also shared new capabilities for the Construction and Professional Services industries including project and branch automation, flexible labor & time tracking, a modern project status dashboard, and AI-assisted change orders & anomaly detection to customizable document management For Manufacturers, Distributors, and Retailers, we unveiled Acumatica’s new Amazon Sales Profitability Dashboard, revealed our new Order Orchestration Assistant that offers intelligent warehouse selection capabilities and showcased Acumatica’s new Shop Floor Kiosk to streamline and automate data capture in real time.
Honoring the Acumatica Community and Looking to the Future
Acumatica Summit 2026 really focused on our customers, and we once again had the opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments with our Customer of the Year and our Impact Customer of the Year.
This year’s Customer of the Year was Storm Smart, a large provider of hurricane protection solutions for homeowners and businesses in Florida.
“For us and the private equity firm that owns us, it’s no longer guessing about the numbers and having debates about whose numbers are right,” said Storm Smart’s Chief Financial Officer, Brian Cassell. “[With Acumatica], we now have one version of the truth, and we’re able to use that to be able to scale our operation. In no way would we be able to grow from two branches to seven branches, no way would we be able to launch new products if we didn’t have one system of truth.”
Acumatica’s Impact Customer of the Year is PSI Family Services. As a community-based nonprofit founded by two female, African American psychologists, PSI Family Services serves vulnerable populations in Washington D.C., and Maryland, and supports a workforce of about 110 employees.
“We can finally reconcile our clinical effort with financial reality,” said Shawn Rubbin, Chief Advancement Officer. “We can see the true cost of care by program in almost near-real time. Acumatica has allowed us to make informed decisions without compromising care.”
Shawn adds: “Technology should never, ever overshadow mission. It should strengthen it.”
Summit 2026: The Future is Now
Ali Jani put it best when he said, “Acumatica is changing ERP from being reactive to being proactive. You need to stop managing the past and engineer for the future.”
The future is now, and Summit 2026—with its Marketplace filled to the brim with hundreds of expert ISVs, 90+ informative Breakout Sessions, and Community-building social events—showed our attendees that Acumatica is here to help them take advantage of the great opportunities ERP technology can deliver for them, today.
