Acumatica Summit 2025: Creating an Environment of Community and Connection

 

Every aspect of Acumatica’s annual Summit, which will take place in Las Vegas on January 26-29, is designed to help forge a welcoming sense of Community where each attendee feels comfortable and confident to learn, grow, experience, and connect. We have worked to create a valuable and productive environment for attendees that is optimal for planned activities and learning experiences alongside spontaneous discovery and connections.

This uplifting sense of Community is evident in the high-energy Keynote Presentations celebrating current accomplishments in the Acumatica Community and sharing our future vision of technology. It’s seen in the immersive Breakout Sessions, where attendees connect with Acumatica experts, learn how to get the most out of the Acumatica solution, and share ideas and recommendations that contribute to the product roadmap. The beehive of activity in the Marketplace is a great spot for attendees to explore ISV solutions and discover new, innovative applications. Vibrant social events—like morning yoga, the morning run through Las Vegas, and the Celebration Dinner and Party—add to the valuable wellbeing, relaxation, and enjoyment of the attendees. And other sessions, like the Women in Tech Luncheon and Networking Reception, are built to help Community members find mentorship and sponsorship, grow, and thrive.

But beyond these planned events, the real magic of the Acumatica Community and Summit is found in the spontaneity of direct, in-person interactions.

The Energy of Summit

Summit is purposely optimized for relationship building. It is focused on connecting customers with other customers, so they can learn from each other. Summit is a great environment for those interested in exploring the benefits of business management technology to talk with customers and learn from their experiences about how they use Acumatica and leverage its features to grow their businesses. The Acumatica experts onsite are charged not only with answering questions but also facilitating these connections between the right people—people who share common operational challenges or interests and can help each other pursue their business goals.

We have plenty of opportunities for these productive interactions built into the Summit schedule. But the spontaneous relationships formed at Summit are often the most valuable.

These relationships grow organically at Summit when attendees, without prompting or guidance, meet the right people at the right time. This happens, for example, during the follow-ups after Breakout Sessions, where attendees and Acumatica experts connect, continue conversations, and share and solve business questions. Other opportunities for relationship building come during breaks and meals, when attendees, in a more informal, relaxed setting, can easily reach out and create lasting bonds.
