• For production managers and manufacturing companies using Acumatica ERP, the enhancements to the Outside Processing flow for Purchase Visibility feature bring significant advancements in coordinating and managing outside process operations. By automating request dates and move transactions, this solution saves time and effort, ensuring timely arrival of materials to meet production demands. Buyers and shop floor workers benefit from easily identifying linked production orders when receiving purchase orders, validating invoices, and reviewing purchase order history.
• Acumatica’s Estimate worksheet is designed to enhance the efficiency of estimate quoting for manufacturing sales engineers. It allows for the creation of precise and clear quotes with multiple price points for varying quantities within a single screen, eliminating the need to manage numerous estimates, create estimate revisions, or use external applications for quote creation. Additionally, it enables sales engineers to input detailed cost overrides for each quantity, adjust markup percentages and lead times, and review all price points within a single view. Our enhanced Production Order Performance Report allows you to validate your planned vs. actual costs before giving the customer the final price.

The Q-PAC team needed to replace its disconnected, paper-based systems—relying mainly on QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets—with a scalable, customizable, and cloud-based ERP system with multi-region support. Q-PAC also needed a solution that could seamlessly connect with QUIPS, their custom software for automating the fan system selection and design process.
