2026 CRN Women of the Channel List Honors Acumatica’s Jessica Pidgeon and Aida Mahić

At Acumatica, fostering an inclusive and diverse culture  is core to who we are as a company and a community.. We believe we are stronger and more innovative when the voices of many are heard and valued.  To tap into this source of strength, we actively support women in technology through extensive learning forums, focused outreach initiatives, and inclusive hiring practices, with women now representing over 35% of our workforce and over 30% of our management.

We are also proud to celebrate talent and accomplishment and we get an opportunity to do that this month as  two of our top  leaders, Jessica Pidgeon, Director, Partner Programs, and Aida Mahić, Sr. Manager, Partner Operations, have been recognized as honorees of the 2026 Women of the Channel List. This prestigious annual list is compiled by CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company and celebrates women who work with IT vendors, distributors, solution providers, and other channel-focused organizations and who make a positive difference in the IT ecosystem.

“It’s a privilege to celebrate the remarkable achievements of these women who are driving meaningful change across the IT channel,” said Jennifer Follett, VP of U.S. Content and Executive Editor, CRN at The Channel Company. “Each honoree has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to bold, innovative strategies that fuel transformation, growth, and success for their organizations and the broader channel. We’re proud to recognize their impact and look forward to seeing how they continue to shape the future of our industry.”

Successful Women in Technology Leadership

Being named to the CRN Women of the Channel list is a huge achievement, and we’re incredibly proud that two Acumatica leaders are being recognized for their tireless efforts to deliver innovative, collaborative partner programs that encourages success for every member of our Community.

Jessica’s Channel Journey

For Jessica, being selected for the CRN Women of the Channel list is an honor with which she’s very familiar. This is her sixth year in a row receiving this significant award!

Jessica, started her Acumatica tenure in 2020 as a Partner Programs Manager, using her strong leadership skills and belief in workplace honesty, transparency, and selflessness to promote channel business initiatives that promote partner growth and customer success. Her passion for serving others and her expertise in building channel strategies that deliver phenomenal outcomes were just a few of the many reasons Jessica was promoted to Director of Partner Programs in 2023.

As director, Jessica has taken giant steps to ensure that Acumatica’s partners are equipped with the tools and resources they require to ensure their—and our shared customers’—success. She recently took the reins of Acumatica’s ISV program, streamlining ISV communication with a new case system launched in July while also facilitating M&A efforts, advising on ERP VAR consolidation, and strengthening ISV accountability through enhanced guardrails.

Her key to success for channel partners in 2026? Alignment. “Programmatic alignment ensures that everyone is working toward shared goals, fostering trust, transparency, and clarity in relationships. By building these strong, collaborative connections, partners can navigate challenges more effectively, drive mutual success, and create lasting value for customers.”

Jessica’s goals for Acumatica’s channel business over the next year revolve around improving communication, accountability, and interconnectivity between new and existing ISVs with VARs and Alliance Partners. Thanks to Jessica’s outstanding leadership, we expect her efforts to lead to the expansion of Acumatica’s channel footprint and the empowerment of partners to win and retain customers.

When not focusing her boundless energy on growing Acumatica’s partner channel, Jessica mentors and coaches future leaders, using her experience to help them navigate challenges, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to excel.

“By fostering leadership and collaboration, I aim to create a ripple effect of growth and success across my team and the broader organization, ensuring a stronger, more capable next generation of leaders.”

Aida’s Ascension in Acumatica’s Partner Channel

One of the many Acumatica leaders benefiting from Jessica’s mentorship is Aida, a valued member of our partner programs team. This is Aida’s first year on the CRN Women of the Channel list, and her dedication to supporting, connecting, and empowering partners so they can deliver exceptional value to small and mid-sized businesses is the reason why.

Aida began her career with Acumatica in 2022 as a Partner Operations Manager and became a Senior Manager in Partner Operations in 2024. Since then, she’s been using her leadership skills to streamline processes and foster strong, transparent relationships with the intent of driving shared growth.

This past year has seen Aida drive Acumatica channel success through leading Practice Owner Workshops, training team members for effective support, and ensuring full compliance across programs. She also developed key dashboards, including the Partner in Good Standing Dashboard, delivering actionable insights into partner performance and KPIs.

To continue optimizing Acumatica’s channel business, Aida says she will be working on strengthening and improving efficiency and scalability of the VAR, ISV, Alliance Partner, and Services Partner programs. This includes:

  • Creating comprehensive guidebooks.
  • Enhancing reporting.
  • Fostering Community engagement.
  • Ensuring compliance with standards.

With a passion for helping channel partners in 2026 succeed, Aida believes they need to keep pace with advancing technology, particularly AI.

“Embracing AI-driven tools and solutions will enable partners to innovate, stay competitive, and deliver greater value to customers,” she says. “Aligned with Acumatica’s Principles of Innovation, partners should ensure innovation is practical, valuable, and responsible while remaining agile, forward-thinking, and committed to continuous learning to thrive in an ever-changing technological landscape.”

Like Jessica, Aida is a firm believer in promoting a collaborative, cohesive environment and has taken on the role of mentor to other team members. In fact, the addition of a new team member was the highlight of her past year.

“This new colleague not only brought fresh perspectives and ideas to the team but also reinforced Acumatica’s commitment to channel success through increased investment in resources,” Aida says. “Collaborating with the new team member has opened opportunities for innovation, improvement, and enhanced team dynamics, making it a standout moment in my professional journey.”
