We migrated our entire company business (6 locations throughout New England) over to Acumatica/WorkForceGo a little over one year ago. The learning curve was intense and the stress throughout the company was elevated. Lucky for us, we had excellent support from our client rep Debra Thompson, who has guided us with patience and never let the ball drop. One year later, we are very much alive and doing well, Thank You, Debra.
The HCM WorkforceGO/Acumatica GL Integration is super flexible and efficient. It was able to handle our complex organization structure with multiple Companies/Branches. The ability to summarize various earnings and deduction codes differently and add employee ID numbers to GL postings has helped streamline our reconciliations. The ability to review the GL postings before releasing them is also a nice feature. The entries import into Acumatica automatically, allowing for a quick review and release.
The level of control and permission setting has been a big improvement from our old solution. The integration with Acumatica is simple yet effective. There was a learning curve as you have with any solution but overall it has been simple enough. The initial setup did take some time but was well done. Customer service has been quick and effective. The pricing is a little higher than I would like but you do get what you pay for.
