Velixo – Reporting, Budgeting & Automation

The Finance department at our Credit Union has started using the Velixo reporting tool and we are impressed. The number of functions available, the support to use these functions, and the support we are receiving is impressive. Love this product!

Velixo is my FAVORITE addition to Acumatica. The previous frustrations of "I know how to do that in Excel why can’t I do it in Acumatica" are gone. I love it. 5 stars!

Velixo is a great product whose designers obviously knew what an accountant needed in an Excel-based solution. From the moment you load the program anyone who has used Excel before is able to begin writing formulas to report out of the Acumatica database because they are so intuitive to Excel structure and they took the time to write tooltips which walk you through everything. The formulas are so flexible that we were able to recreate our statements with ease and adapt them as needed for varying levels of detail.
Another helpful feature of Velixo is their online tools which provide articles for everything you can do with Velixo in a concise and easy to read format. They continue to update and improve on the solution, providing for new and exciting ways to use Velixo.

Everyone knows Excel. If you know Excel, its so easy to learn Velixo and utilize all the data accumulated within the Acumatica database to design Excel based reports to make everyone's job easier. Using Velixo, our comp[any has designed reports that help us manage our business at a level way beyond the "canned" Acumatica reports and way easier than using Acumatica's report writer and quieries. If the data you want is somewhere in Acumatica, Velixo gets it out using an Excel platform to easily create reports that are effective and professional looking to make any seasoned database administrator jealous. Acumatica is a good ERP software package but supplementing it with Velixo makes Acumatica an awesome ERP package.

This product is a must have for any finance / accounting oriented Acumatica user. It saves my team a significant time each month and is great for building ad-hoc reports. Highly reccomended!

If you have not used this tool yet, you should consider doing so. With all the amazing functionality to seamlessly pull data from Acumatica into Excel and then format as needed. The product investment and development can be seen in the quality features and the continued updates to stay current with recent build releases from Acumatica.

I am working on our year-end audit and we have 35+ companies. Velixo has been an absolute DREAM COME TRUE compared to my experiences with FRx, Management Reporter, and BI360. I had a great experience with FRx and was sad to see it go. Velixo blows the other reporting tools out of the water; there is no comparison. It is so very easy to use once you learn the basic concepts. It has made my work so much easier and fun again. Reports that used to take me days to write and program no take just a few hours. I highly recommend Velixo to any Acumatica user.
