We are a food distributor that has been using TB04 for over a year. We've been pleased with it's ability to support our business and bring efficiency our operations. The main functions we use within the tool are receiving, picking, transfers and inventory counts.

PRO
- Ability to handle catch-weight, a food distribution requirement.
- Ability to integrate with Acumatica, our ERP system.
- Ability to quickly diagnose issues using log data without having to get on the server
- Development team is responsive and open to creation of SOWs to build additional custom features.

CON
- Messaging to users within the user interface is sometimes cryptic and takes support resources to explain to users what is happening.
- Certain operations such as putaway can be slow.
- Australia-based team hours can be out-of-sync with hours of US-based operations.
