Love it! However, some credit card payment processing issues to work out.
Takes forever to get a response or get anything done. Had to wait a month for a credit card reader that was in stock. Constant headache with processing limits. Waited several months just to get the ability to issue a credit. Would not recommend.

APS has always been easy to work with and great communication and we have worked with them since the beginning of our implementation of Acumatica in April of 2016. Since the software is fully integrated we do not have to do much outside of Acumatica for credit card processing. If we have to do any credit card processing through the website, it is easy to use and understand - as simple or complex as you would like the details on a charge. Reports are quick and easy to run as well. I would recommend this software to any Acumatica user without hesitation. I have turned away several other credit card processing companies due to the experiences we have had and continue to have with APS.
There are many credit card processing options with Acumatica. However, there aren't any with the features and integration APS offers. The old days of manually posting credit cards and having separate systems are a thing of the past for us. I highly recommend integrating APS with Acumatica for your company.
