Pros:
-The support we received with implementing the software and ongoing questions have been great from Katie!
-The software is user friendly from the admin and card holder side.
-Very dynamic setup allowed to automate coding, reducing the risk of errors.
-Flags can be setup to do an initial review of receipts, saving mangers time on manual reviews.
-Out the box reporting available to managers.
-Offers bill pay which was another solution we didn't have to implement since Ramp was our solution.
Cons:
-Does not support prepayments in Acumatica yet.
-When you process a split, the card holders have to manually fill out the same information with how many splits you have.
-Does not support sandbox if not supported by Acumatica. We rolled out straight into our production environment without issues, so this limitation was not an issue.
Overall, I would recommend the software to other companies who want to make the switch. The pros outweigh the cons.
