I have been working with Heuristyc for quite some time. Over the years they have always been able to provide custom solutions with integrity. They are always quick to respond and transparent with their pricing. When customizing Acumatica there is always a question whether this customization will work in the long term or will cause issues, and I have never run into any issues. If anyone ever asked me who to turn to when needing a customization created without a doubt, I always mention them.

We knew from the start of the implementation for our manufacturing client that we would have 2 primary customization projects. As we scoped them, they became much larger customizations with various components. The project was delivered to us EARLY and required very little back and forth during development UAT. Heuristyc did an amazing job programming for a specific project for one of our clients. They were very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. They had a very quick turn around when spec’ing out the project and the completion of the project was even quicker.

A few months ago, Heuristyc’s team took over our former ISV partner to dive into a highly modified Acumatica upgrade implementation that needed to be upgraded from 2021 R1 to 2023 R2. The upgrade had a strict requirement of “no downtime” for our biggest client, who operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with three shifts.

We knew from the start that this would be a challenging project requiring hard work for months. Heuristyc not only took on the challenge but did an amazing and outstanding job. The entire staff was always available, actively working, testing, and ensuring everything met Acumatica and our standards. Their communication was excellent, and they were never afraid to ask questions or suggest new solutions for the tough upgrade and smooth transition.

I personally worked directly with the developers, and I have to say they know what they are doing. They actively listened to our concerns and understood our needs. Despite a few sleepless nights, they all pulled through. Kudos to the entire team! Special thanks to owner Gabriel Araujo, who was always available and found many ways to accommodate our demands.
