Process Manufacturing Suite for Acumatica

Using eWorkplace Apps' solutions in Acumatica have helped our team be better able to replicate our manufacturing process within Acumatica. Our full production flow is able to be accurately captured while including our QA/QC all within Acumatica.

Of course, since Process Manufacturing is embedded into Acumatica, the solution is easy to navigate and to use in conjunction with Acumatica functionality. I was super impressed with idea and solution of Super Batches, where you can create all production orders at once for a multi-layered bill of materials. This makes for easy and streamlined creation of the production orders, so bulk purchasing and inventory planning activities are easy to maintain.
Reporting for manufacturing out of box in Acumatica is somewhat limited, but eWorkplace Apps and the different functions and reports are exploded to really meet the needs of process manufacturers. Would recommend Process Manufacturing to anyone in the industry, and also regardless of whether they use Acumatica or not.

eWorkplace Apps provided depth and breadth of functionality for our process manufacturing needs. It was easy to work with their professional services team for configuration and deployment as well as on enhancement initiatives. eWorkplace Apps built in additional features to better support needs specific to our dairy business. Support is responsive and helpful.

Improvements could be made in streamlining the installation packages as there are several and are time consuming to install. Also, a user manual on available functionality would be helpful.

We were trying to combine the financials (Great Plains) and manufacturing software (Batchmaster) into one solution.

Make sure that you document the assurances given when the solution is being proposed by the software sales / implementation team. Have a clear understanding and written descriptions/instructions for all of your processes.

These are what I consider most valuable: Ease of use, concurrent accessibility by multiple users. Of course, there were requirements such as lot code traceability and management of multiple warehouses that were prerequisite to consideration of the platform.

We were looking for full lot traceability for batches created and real-time inventory control. I would highly recommend eWorkplace Apps Process Manufactuing Suite for Acumatica and really like the SuperBatch feature.

Our old ERP was Windows 10 based which is going out of date in 2025. We wanted a cloud-based solution to lessen the likelihood of the system becoming outdated.

The EWPA and Acumatica teams, worked diligently to make sure the system met our needs. Most of our needs were met with out of the box functionality and the teams are very helpful in working to customize where needed. Also, it being cloud based helps us to make available information to our remote sales team.
