TimberScan Titanium has been a game changer for us. Prior to using Titanium, we collected printed invoices and passed them to different departments to decide cost codes and eventually enter one-by-one into Acumatica. The printed invoices were then filed. This process was time-consuming and open to error. Titanium has allowed us to remove the paper trail and automate much of the process. We have several different companies with different approval needs, and Titanium allows our approvers to easily access what they need to see for quicker turnaround. Titanium has also allowed us to set up an email for auto-acquire. Vendors email their invoices to this email and Titanium automatically puts them into the software, where it is ready for coding and approval. We have also been able to set up capture templates, which allows the system to recognize invoices from common vendors and fill in the coding automatically. Titanium saves us significant time each month, and it has certainly been worth the investment for us.
We love the ease of the invoice approval process for our business.
